  • There is a void in the offerings of courses designed to assist HR Professionals in the preparation for the existing HRCI® examination.

  • We want to fill that immediate gap in the market place by offering exam preparation material and courses to assist human resource professionals with these exams.

    FOUNDER, J.D. SANDERS CONSULTING

    J. D. Sanders, M.Ed., SPHR, PHRca, SHRM-SCP is currently a Human Resource Business Consultant with over 20 years experience and the founder of J.D. Sanders Consulting. He is an HR Leader with extensive expertise in strategic management, workforce planning, OD and integration both in large and small high-tech companies, including Silicon Graphics, Inc., Lam Research and GoalSpan.

    A nationally certified SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and a Senior Professional in Human Resources with a California Credential (PHRca), Bill’s generalist HR industry experience includes twelve years in progressively senior management positions at Bechtel National Corporation, ultimately as the Advanced Technology Division Personnel Director; and nine years with Brown and Caldwell Environmental Engineers as the HR Director.
